Friday Blooms

These are a few more of my Savvy Sister-in-Law's lovely blooms.

This reminds me of the passage in Matthew 6 that tells us to consider the lilies of the field for they neither toil nor spin and yet King Solomon wasn't dressed as finely as they. Very lovely pictures.

Is that a hydrangea?

Yes, the purple flower is a hydrangea. It's my sister-in-law's. She has at least three (maybe four, I can't remember) varities of hydrangea. This one is particularly striking with the purple and white blooms.
